Most municipal waste collection has recycling. 90+% goes to the landfill anyway. Investigate costs, ways to recycle most plastic waste, or should recycling be curtailed or eliminated? Get estimates on costs for separate recycling routes. Find out how much less a typical garbage bill will be without recycling. How China broke The Worlds' Recycling system -- This documentary is neither vetted nor does it talk about the added profit to waste management generates from running twice as many trucks as it would if all the garbage was collected by the same truck. Is the recycling industry based on a false premise? I assume that garbage pickup costs can be reduced by nearly half when the entire waste stream is picked up by one truck
