He did cultures to determine infections, and did blood tests, and provided medicine. He was charged with practicing medicine and convicted of medicare fraud for $300,000. His lab was shut down. I really appreciate the knowledge that doctors have, and I get care at the V.A. I feel that we should have the right to medication, without an office visit, particularly if I had the condition before.
